Some themes have a horizontal sticky or fixed navigation bar that stays at the top of the site when users scroll down. Rails includes Top Offset controls to account for sticky navigation bars used within certain themes. Increasing the Top Offset value for Items or Sections pushes them away from the top of the page – to avoid crowding when a top sticky navigation bar is present.
